Honkai: Star Rail’s Longest Version Ever! First-Ever Three Phase Banners Unveiled!

Three Phase Banner Details

Thanks to the extended version duration, Version 3.8 will feature three separate character banners with the following schedules and lineups:

• Phase 1 Banner (Dec 17 – Jan 7)
  The debut of the brand-new 5-star character The Dahlia, paired with the rerun of Firefly.
• Phase 2 Banner (Jan 7 – Jan 28)
  Reruns of Fugue and Ling Sha.
• Phase 3 Banner (Jan 28 – Feb 12)
  Reruns of Argenti and Sunday.

A key point to note: while the first two phases follow the standard 21-day runtime, the third phase is shortened to just 16 days！

Trailblazers aiming for any of these characters should plan their pulls wisely and manage their Stellar Jade reserves accordingly!

New Character Spotlight: The Dahlia

Constance, the all-new 5-star character known as The Dahlia, is set to make her grand entrance. She will guide Trailblazers in recovering the memories they left behind on Penacony.

Character Role & Abilities

The Dahlia is a Fire Nihility character, specializing as a sub-DPS and support within Break Effect teams.

• Ultimate Skill: Applies a unique Weakness to enemies and reduces their DEF. When allies attack enemies in a Broken state, they trigger additional Super Break DMG, and The Dahlia will follow up with an extra attack.
• Skill: Deploys a field that boosts allies’ Break Efficiency. Enemies within the field that are not in a Broken state will still take Super Break DMG.

If you’re looking to power up your Break Effect team, The Dahlia is an absolute must-have!

Version Events & Bonuses

• Token Exchange Event: Spend Stamina to earn tokens, which can be used for random rewards including Stellar Jade.
• Double Rewards for All Three Missions: All commission types will grant double the usual rewards.
• Doomdreamer Phantasm: A limited-time endgame challenge will be unlocked towards the end of the version.
• Penacony Finale Mission “Memories Are the Prologue of Dreams”: Follow The Dahlia’s guidance to piece together the complete story of Penacony.
