ZZZ 2.5 Soldier 0 - Anby Guide: Rerun Analysis, Buffs & Best Builds

1. Role & Pull Advice

1. Role

• On-Field DPS: She applies marks to enemies, triggering off-field teammates' follow-up attacks, creating a cycle of active damage and passive support damage.

• Electric Specialist: Excellent for tackling Electric-weak content.

2. Should You Pull?

• Veterans: If you already have strong teams and aren't pulling for "waifu" reasons, skip.

• FUA Team Owners: If you have Seed , Orphie , or Trigger , and want a dedicated Electric carry for this archetype, she is a great addition.

• Investment: M0 + Signature W-Engine is sufficient. For upgrades, Mindscape 1 (M1) and M2 offer the best value.

2. Skill Breakdown & Buffs

1. Basic Attack

• Buff: The 3rd hit now has slight crowd control (gathering) capabilities.

• Tip: Tap Basic Attack twice , then hold the button to automatically chain the 3rd, 4th, and 5th hits seamlessly.

2. Core Mechanic: Silver Star & White Thunder

• Marks: Attacks build up "Silver Star" marks (three spikes icon). One lit spike = 1 stack of "White Thunder."

  

  

• Special Attack (E): With 1 stack, press E to trigger "Azure Flash," consuming the mark for extra damage.

  

• Thunder Smite: When an enemy has 3 stacks, quickly tap E three times to unleash a combo ending in a lightning strike.

  • Note: You must tap continuously; pausing will cancel the lightning strike.

• New 2.5 Buff - "Azure Flash: Critical": After "Thunder Smite," she now automatically follows up with a new cross-slash attack (translated as "Azure Flash: Critical"). This additional hit has a higher damage multiplier than the lightning strike itself.

  

3. Electric Overload (Buff)

• Buff: After a Dodge Counter , she gains "Electric Overload" (lightning icon), improving dodge performance (blue trail effect). Duration refreshes on subsequent Dodge Counters.

  

  

4. AoE Buff

• Killing an enemy marked with Silver Star now automatically triggers a lightning strike on surrounding enemies, improving her crowd clearing.

3. Combat Rotation & Quick Swap

1. How to Stack Silver Stars Fast

• 2 full Basic Attack chains.

• Dodge Counter.

• EX Special Attack (Instantly maxes stacks).

• Ultimate (Instantly maxes stacks).

• Chain Attacks.

• Buff: Teammates' Follow-Up Attacks now also generate stacks for her.

2. Quick Swap Timing

• Immediately after the jump in EX Special Attack.

• Immediately after the jump in the 5th Basic Attack.

• Immediately after the jump in Dodge Counter.

• During the 3rd thrust of her max-stack E combo.

3. Example Rotation (Team: Soldier 0 - Anby + Pulchra + Nicole )

• Nicole groups enemies -> Anby Hold E (EX Special) to max stacks -> Tap E spam (Thunder Smite combo) .

• Stun Phase: Nicole Chain/Ult -> Anby Chain -> Consume stacks -> Ultimate -> Consume stacks again -> Pulchra support -> Back to Anby.

4. Build Recommendation

1. W-Engines

• Best in Slot: Severed Innocence (Signature).

• Alternative: The Brimstone (Standard 5-star).

• Budget: Cannon Rotor (Battle Pass) or Starlight Engine (Gadget Store).

2. Drive Discs

• 4-Piece: Shadow Harmony .

• 2-Piece: Branch & Blade Song / Woodpecker Electro / Puffer Electro .

• Stats:

  • Slot 4: CRIT Rate/DMG.

  • Slot 5: Electric DMG / Pen Ratio / ATK.

  • Slot 6: ATK%.

1. Mindscape Recommendations

• M1: EX Special Attack triggers White Thunder damage 3 times without consuming stacks. Huge burst increase.

• M2: +12% CRIT Rate. Enables more Azure Flash/Thunder Smite procs after Ultimate.
